Discord
The bot runs its own server. It announces, it keeps your clan's channel, and it DMs you when something needs you. You manage your clan on the site, not in Discord.
You must be in the Clan Wars Discord. Being removed from it removes you from everything.
Channels the bot keeps#
#war-log— every raid, every defense, the weekly Alphas, season results. Public.#clan-feed— founded, activated, renamed, moved, dormant, revived, disbanded, reservation lapsed. Public.#clan-tag(text) and a voice channel, one pair per clan, visible only to that clan's role. Created on activation, deleted on disband.
What lands in your clan channel#
- Flag down, defended, dormant, revived.
- Intruder alerts — anyone not on your roster seen inside your watch zone: first sight, then one alert per player per 20 minutes. Pending members trigger it too, until they are in.
- Someone who is not a member raised your flag at your pole.
- Someone who is not a member dismantled a part of your base or built a gate in your watch zone — the log names them.
- Your flag was raised at some other pole by someone outside the clan. (If a member does this, it is the start of moving your base, and the channel says that instead.)
- Roster changes, votes opened and decided, leadership claims, guest passes given.
- Codes rotated — never the codes.
Flag down, intruders, and anyone touching your base or your colors ping your clan role, so every member gets a notification wherever they are. Everything else in that list posts quietly.

DMs#
Things that need you: a ceremony was detected, you are invited, your request was accepted, your flag is down, your link succeeded or failed, you have been kicked, codes rotated. A solo declarant has no clan channel, so intruder, flag and dismantle alerts for a solo base arrive as DMs.
Roles and nicknames#
@Linked, one role per clan, and@Alphafor the weekly top three.- Your server nickname is your gamertag. Clan members get
[TAG]in front of it. If you change it, the bot changes it back.
Guest pass#
An officer runs /guest @user in the clan channel, or does it from the roster page. That person can see and join your voice channel for 24 hours — not the text channel. If they join the clan, the pass becomes the real role. Otherwise it expires on its own. It is logged in your channel.
No commands for managing anything#
Everything except /guest answers with a link to the site. There is nothing to memorize.
